Your session fee reserves your slot: choose your collection of digital downloads and print credit after you see your beautiful images!
With a lounging area and dressing room onsite, plentiful parking, and a playground across the street, these sessions are set up to be as quick and easy as possible! I'll do some gentle prompting, then stepping back to let you interact naturally.

FAQs About the
Q: Who are these mini sessions for?
A: Busy families who don't want to compromise on beautiful, genuine images! Studio sessions are great for genuine, emotive portraits that look incredible hanging on the wall; even when you're getting other more documentary-style family photos taken throughout the year. All ages and abilities are welcome (note: the studio is on the 3rd floor and unfortunatley we do not have elevator access).
Q: How much is required up front to reserve my spot?
A: $150 holds your specific slot on May 17th! If you have any questions about the fee or what's included, send me a note at info@amfamilyphoto.com.
Q: How many people can i bring?
A: Immediate family only, please! I recommend mini sessions for families no larger than 6 total people, just to ensure we have enough time and space for all of you together as well as different combinations of family members. If your family is larger than that or you'd like to incorporate any pets, please reach out to schedule a full session!
Q: How & when will I receive my gallery?
A: Within two weeks of your session (by May 31st at the very latest!) you'll receive an email from me with a link to a watermarked online gallery of 15 total images, where you can select your desired collection of digitals and print credit.
Q: I'd like to gift a session to a mom in my life. Are gift certificates available?
A: Best Mother's Day gift ever! I have beautiful gift certificates that come in their own 5x7 solid wood frame; these can be wrapped and mailed to your gift recipient directly. Pre-purchasing a collection is required for gifted sessions: please reach out after reserving the slot and let me know your collection choice, your recipient's name, and where you would like your gift certificate mailed.
Q: What's the deal with the print credit? Can I print my images elsewhere too?
A: Creating beautiful heirloom prints from your images is honestly my second favorite part of your session (you know, after the session itself)! I want to help you make sure your images don't just disappear into a folder in the cloud somewhere, which is why I include a generous print credit in all collections. I'll have samples of everything in my studio so that you can start thinking about how you might like to use your credit!
All downloaded images include a print release, meaning you are welcome to print your digital downloads at the lab of your choice. I recommend going through my labs when possible since they are the very best in the industry, and I know the colors are calibrated correctly with my monitor! For consumer-facing labs, I recommend mpix.com for prints and artifactuprising.com for albums and gifts.
Q: What if I want one or two more downloads Than what's included in collection a or b, but i don't need them all?
A: That's totally an option! You can purchase images a la carte at my standard rate of $125/each.
